I am Frances Jean-Leon, the founder of Precious Solutions. With seven years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, I am passionate about helping children with autism and developmental challenges. My journey in ABA began with a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of children and their families. As a parent of a daughter with autism, I understand the unique struggles and joys that come with this experience. This firsthand perspective drives my commitment to supporting families on their journeys.
What sets me apart is my deep empathy and dedication to each child’s individual needs. I believe in building strong, trusting relationships with both children and their families, fostering an environment of collaboration and support. My approach combines evidence-based strategies with a personal touch, ensuring that every child feels valued and understood.
I strongly believe that early intervention is key to unlocking a child’s potential and helping them thrive. Through my experience in ABA therapy, I’ve witnessed firsthand the transformative impact it can have. I’ve worked with children who initially struggled to communicate, only to see them start talking, become potty-trained, and engage in meaningful play with their peers after receiving therapy. I hold a Master’s in Exceptional Student Education with a cognitive studies in Applied Behavior Analysis, Board Certified Behavioral Analysis (BCBA) certification, and I continually seek to expand my knowledge through ongoing education and training. I believe that every child is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each client. My goal is to create a nurturing and supportive environment where children can develop essential skills and build confidence.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outside walking and with family, which helps me stay grounded and inspired. I am excited to partner with families on this journey toward growth and success
